When you mount a network share using Nautilus under Linux Mint, the location of the mounts sit here: ~/.gvfs/
For example:
~/.gvfs/SomeShare on Server1
UPDATE:
On Linux Mint 14 Cinnamon, the (Nemo) shares are located in this directory:
/run/user/$USER/gvfs
UPDATE Aug2014:
On Linux Mint 17 Cinnamon, they are located in this directory:
/run/user/$UID/gvfs
